I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 4 to 7 days for processing before your order is shipped. Average delivery time is 15 to 21 days. Tracking numbers will be updated 3 to 5 days after shipment. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 7 business days.

I’m not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What if there’s a problem?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return it for a full refund. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping, and once we receive the item, we’ll issue a full refund of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number in the return package. Note: If your package is still in transit, you must wait to receive it before requesting a return and refund.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order without any penalty, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. If the item has already been dispatched, please use our return process to get a full refund.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If you made a mistake with your address or if it was auto-filled incorrectly, reply to your order confirmation email immediately to confirm the error. Then, contact us within 24 hours to correct it. Please note: No refunds will be issued after 24 hours if an incorrect address was submitted.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Since we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers, the average delivery time is 15 to 25 business days.
